FD Machinery is currently installing a 2 inch ERW pipe mill in the eastern United States. The mill will have inline painting, end facing, and hydro testing systems. This is FD Machinery’s second mill installation in North America. The mill will be operational in Q3 of 2018.

FD Machinery recently received an order for a new high frequency ERW stainless steel tube mill. This will be FD Machinery’s first tube mill installation in North America.

FD Machinery has developed an ID scarf blowout system that uses mill coolant to flush the scarf out of the tubes. After the scarf is removed it is collected for easy disposal. This system reduces labor and increases SAFETY. Contact us for more details.
